EasyLegalForm provides online tools for creating legal document templates. Our service generates document templates based on the information you provide. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Not Legal Advice
The documents generated by our service are templates and should not be considered legal advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for specific legal questions or complex situations.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Single form purchases are one-time payments. Subscription plans are billed according to the selected interval (monthly or annually) and can be canceled at any time.
Refunds & Corrections
Single form purchases are non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and downloaded. If you entered incorrect information in your document, contact us at [email protected] and we will correct your document free of charge. For subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not generated or downloaded any documents. Once the first PDF has been downloaded under a subscription, the subscription is non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
Intellectual Property
The documents you create using our service are yours. However, the templates, design, and underlying technology remain the property of EasyLegalForm.
Limitation of Liability
EasyLegalForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the documents created through our platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website.
